Baristas close the circle.
Coffee farmers do their bit, we do ours and then it’s up to the baristas. We get just how important this last stage is. So we run Flexible Barista training. You can either come to us or we’ll bring the training to you.

You’ll start by learning where coffee is grown, what the varietals are and how it is processed. Then we’ll introduce you to the roasting stage. Then it’s time to make some coffee on the machines the UK’s best Baristas use, focusing on the importance of extraction times and milk texturizing. We’ll do other stuff as well but by the end of the day you’ll be making awesome coffee.
