Coffee farmers do their bit, we do ours and then it’s up to the baristas. We understand just how important this last stage is. So we run flexible barista training. You can either come to us or we’ll bring the training to you. Our courses start with basic level: how to make great coffee - focusing on the importance of extraction times and milk texturizing. We’ll do other stuff as well but by the end of the training you’ll be making awesome coffee.
We can build your course with other modules that include learning where coffee is grown, what the varietals are and how it is processed and of course the roasting stage.
