Modern artisan coffee
Our coffees don’t have names such
as ‘Rocket Fuel’ or ‘Star’.
Instead we simply give them numbers. Here’s
some of our current favourites. (Please remember that these coffees can change seasonally).
Monte Cristo / Nicaragua Santa Luz /
Caramel / citrus /
Quite a bit of trial and error working out this roast
profile. But it was worth it. Works equally well as
espresso or filter. The Daterra and the Nicaragua
act as the foundation upon which the Acatenango
delivers the bright notes.
Floral / fruity / fragrant
This is a very delicate coffee that needs extreme precision during roasting. It’s at its very best in an brew process.
Almond / toffee / rounded
This coffee needs a very unique roasting profile to bring out its classic flavours. Best enjoyed black and strong (with a pain au chocolat if possible!)
Brazil Daterra Monte Cristo / Ethiopia Sidamo / Guatemala Acatenango / India washed robusta
Dark chocolate /
spice / rich
The darkest roast we currently do. It needs to be, to maximise its distinctive flavours. This coffee comes alive with milk.
