Commercial Espresso Machines
It’s no coincidence that the UK’s best baristas have been competing in the annual championships on San Remo machines for the past 6 years. These beautifully hand-built traditional espresso machines allow baristas to “do their thing” with all the theatre and panache of the original baristas 50 years ago in the artisan coffee shops from Vicenza to Rome.

But, San Remo have developed some new world features as well—some models allow the barista to accurately control the temperature of the espresso being pulled, ensuring that the beans that have been so carefully roasted are allowed to achieve their optimum flavour profile.

Filter
Making coffee through a filter device is one of the oldest methods around. Whether its through a bulk brew machine for high volume or a dripper or chemex for one or two its pretty much the same. Just grind, soak and let gravity do all the work for you.
