What is included in my coffee subscription?
Alongside the coffee you have chosen, you will receive a tasting card sharing tasting notes, origin story and provenance.

How often can I get a coffee subscription?
We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly subscription services.

How do I get 50% off my first bag?
To receive the promotional 50% off discount, just add any subscription product into your basket. The discount will be added at the checkout. This offer is only available on your first order, all subsequent recurring orders will be processed at the standard price.

How much is shipping on my subscription order?
Free! We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard for all of our subscriptions, and we include this shipping free of charge.

When will my subscription coffee arrive?
We will process your first order on the day it is placed. All subsequent recurring orders will be processed from this date, based on your desired frequency. You can change the delivery date in your account. Your order will be shipped with RM tracked 48, please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

What coffees are available on subscription?
We have 6 different subscriptions to choose from, including house espresso and filter options, decaf and a monthly changing single origin.

Can I get ground coffee on subscription?
Yes, we offer all of our 250g bags in both whole beans or ground. The grind levels available are espresso (fine), aeropress (medium) and filter (coarse)

How flexible is my subscription?
Your coffee subscription can easily be managed through your customer account. Modify, cancel, change billing details, update address and more.

What is the Discovery Subscription?
On the 1st of every month we release a different single origin coffee available on the Discovery Subscription. You will receive this coffee in your chosen quantity and grind level. If you have a frequency more than monthly, you will receive this coffee each time for the duration of the calendar month.

Why aren't all of your coffees on subscription?
All of our house coffees and decaf are available as a subscription all year round. For our single origin seasonal coffees, we tend to buy these in small quantities ensuring we are constantly refreshing the offer. Because of this, we can't guarantee a supply of these seasonal coffees all year.
