El Molino is the largest farm owned by the Salaverria family, located in Concepción de Ataco, Ahuachapán, within the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range. This mountainous area provides a dramatic topography and varied microclimates—ideal for growing exceptional coffee. Altitudes range from 1350 to 1700 masl, with different plots across the farm benefiting from either shaded cover or strategic windbreaks.

Vinte is a collaboration between twenty smallholder producers in Nova Resende, Minas Gerais, a region known for its fertile soils, cool climate, and rich coffee tradition. Grown on farms averaging just 7.5 hectares, the coffee in this blend reflects a diversity of micro-terroirs and farmer expertise. It was developed through the Especialíssimo program, which supports producers with training and access to the specialty market.
