Behind the beans
From the rugged slopes of Mt Elgon in Uganda comes Budwale, a limited-release natural lot co-fermented with fresh orange on Wanale Ridge. Expect an adventurous brew that hits bright citrus and soft vanilla, finishing with a playful sherbet sweetness. A light-medium roast, filter it slow. Every cup should feel like a discovery.
Origin: Uganda
Budwale is one of the earliest farmer groups to work with Zukuka Bora. Many members cultivate between 1,600–1,900 m altitude (some even up to 2,100 m).
