Behind the beans
This delicious coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane method. It involves steaming the beans before rinsing them in Ethanol Acetate, an organic compound created by the fermentation of sugarcane. This naturally removes the caffeine before the beans are dried. The end results are a smooth and balanced decaf coffee, with tasting notes of roasted almonds, brown sugar and citrus.
