Behind the beans
New Standard is our house coffee which we've developed specifically for espresso-based drinks, working perfectly both black and with milk. Produced on smallholder farms in Mexico, the mountains of El Salvador and family estates in Brazil, we roast this to a medium level and it delivers notes of milk chocolate, caramel and cherry.

El Jaguar from Siltepec embodies the spirit of Mexico, with smallholder farmers enrolled in a global initiative to end poverty by empowering coffee producers to run their farms at full potential.
