Our seasonal espresso Forager is back — but not quite the same as before.
Every season, Forager evolves. It’s a project built on curiosity: exploring new origins, celebrating our producer relationships, and letting each harvest shine in its own way.
This latest version comes from Hacienda Santa Luz in Nicaragua — a farm with deep roots and a clear vision. Once abandoned, it was brought back to life in 2003 with a long-term, sustainable focus. Over the years, it’s grown into a model of vertically integrated coffee farming: all operations, from cultivation to export, are handled directly on the farm. This allows the team to keep quality control tight and innovation flowing.
Managed by Ricardo Herrera and Marco Tulio Gonzalez, the farm is nestled in the mountains of Matagalpa, where the microclimate adds depth and complexity to the cup. With a mix of varietals grown between 700 and 900 MASL and processed naturally on-site, the result is something pretty special.
We’ve dialled in a new medium roast profile for this lot — one that better expresses its juicy, floral character. Expect bold raspberry brightness, silky vanilla sweetness, and a soft, lingering lavender finish. It’s elegant without being shy.

Why Forager?
Because coffee doesn’t stand still — and neither do we. The Forager line is our way of chasing flavour through the seasons, showcasing producers who care deeply about their craft, and giving our community something new to explore with every release.
