⭐⭐ Ecuador El Dorado Wush Wush
Our standout performer this year, Ecuador El Dorado Wush Wush impressed judges with its remarkable complexity and elegance.
They praised its floral aromas, tropical fruit character and beautifully layered flavour profile, highlighting notes of pineapple, mango, citrus, spice and rich dark chocolate. The judges also commended its long, refined finish and careful roasting, describing it as a “very carefully-selected and well-executed coffee.”
As one of the rarer coffee varietals in the world, Wush Wush is notoriously difficult to grow, making this recognition even more special.
⭐ Dark Horse
Dark Horse proved that exceptional everyday coffee can still impress the experts.
Judges enjoyed its balanced profile with bitter chocolate, dried apricot sweetness and gentle spice, describing it as “a good everyday coffee” with impressive drinkability both black and with milk.
⭐ Costa Rica Las Lejas
This beautifully expressive Costa Rican coffee stood out thanks to its bright fruit character and elegant balance.
The judging panels identified notes of cacao, cherry, tropical fruit and chocolate, all supported by lively acidity and a long, clean finish that showcases the quality of both the coffee and the roast.
⭐ Panama La Lerida
Panama La Lerida completed our winning line-up with its floral aromas, fruit tea characteristics and balanced sweetness.
The judges particularly appreciated its juicy, well-rounded profile and versatility, noting how well it performs both black and with milk.
